Hot air balloon tours are subject to weather conditions and are in extremely high demand, meaning they fill up very quickly. To avoid disappointment and to stay protected from last-minute price increases, we highly recommend adding this request to your package during the initial booking process so we can secure your spot early.
5. Are the hikes during the tour physically demanding? The walks we take through the Red Valley and Rose Valley are moderate-level routes designed for you to soak in the nature. We move at a pace that guests of all ages in good health can enjoy. All you need to bring is a pair of comfortable, non-slip walking shoes!
6. Are drinks included with the lunches? The local lunches included in our tours feature the freshest flavors of Anatolian cuisine. While the cost of the meal is covered in your package, any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages you choose to enjoy can be paid for individually at the restaurants.
7. In which language is the guiding service provided? Our boutique group (Regular) tours are guided by professionals in English. However, if you would like to plan a completely Private tour, we can provide guides in different languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Italian upon request.
8. Can you provide transfers if we are staying in an Airbnb? Absolutely! Our "door-to-door" service philosophy applies to Airbnb stays as well. If you are staying on a very narrow street where our vehicle cannot enter, we will arrange a meeting at the nearest and safest point to ensure your transfer is seamless.
9. What is the luggage limit for the flights? For your domestic flights, our package prices generally include a 15 kg checked bag and an 8 kg carry-on bag. If you expect to have more luggage, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
10. Why is the 3rd day of the tour planned as free time? Based on our experience, we’ve found that guests appreciate a bit of breathing room for personal discovery before their return journey. You can spend your final day shopping in the local markets or simply sipping coffee on your cave hotel terrace.
